Our charges are completely transparent. If for any reason you are likely to incur additional charges (e.g. waiting time, or refused goods to be returned) we will always endeavour to phone you, to try to resolve the situation and advise you of the cost implications.
Waiting time is charged, after the first half hour, if the vehicle is unduly held up at collection or delivery. We welcome back-loads at favourable rates.
For customers who have a requirement for a regular, pre-booked service, we are able to negotiate a fixed price. No obligation, telephone quotes are welcome.
We are unfortunately not able to accept livestock or dangerous goods, which fall within the A.D.R. regulations, as we do not hold the required licences or insurances. |
